Fitness For Everyone
Whether you are just starting out or an expert, it doesn’t matter. One of the best things about the classes at CrossFit Coalesce is that we all workout together. Here we train complete beginners and elite athletes. All of our workouts scale and our attentive coaching staff are experts.
In each class you’ll receive hands on coaching and intruction. We provide ongoing feedback and accountability. We work hard to make sure you achieve your fitness goals and give you the tools to have sustainable success.
It doesn’t matter if this is your first time working out in years or if you’re advanced and looking for a challenge. Our classes and coaching with help you push your body like never before.
Personal Training gives you access to one-on-one coaching where you build your skills with customized training. It is a great introduction to the traditional exercises we use in our workouts and perfect for building a solid foundation of functional fitness.
For our brand new members we have developed a Personal Training program that simplifies every aspect of functional fitness. We breakdown each movement step-by-step so you can master the fundamentals of CrossFit. Our professional coaches work with you to build your baseline fitness and improve your skills.
Individual Program Design
If you’re wanting to take your fitness beyond where it’s at, we offer personalized programming just for you. Based on your athletic and competitive goals, we will formulate a training program to take your body to the next level. This is not just for elite athletes, this is for anyone who has a specific fitness goal they want to accomplish. Individual Program Design gives you one-on-one access to our coaches and facility for customized workouts and training.
This program is all about working toward your specific goal or goals. The first step is to meet with one or our expert coaches so we can:

From here we will create a custom program targeted specifically to your skillset and making the goals you set happen. Our coaches will be with you every step of the way.
